Our Story
Suganova is developed in Belgium and is a fully fledged, sugar replacer that replaces regular sugar both in taste and in structure on a 1/1 weight and volume basis. Generally, Suganova behaves similarly to regular sugar and in addition to replace table-top sugar; it can replace sugar in almost all application production processes such as bakery products, chocolate, and ice-cream without any required amendments to the process. The product increases people’s well-being and helps them lead healthier lives.
SugaNova behaves like sugar, without the negative side effects; it behaves like sugar on a 1 to 1 weight basis. (caramelization, Maillard effect)
Because of the health benefits, it is a healthy sugar. SugaNova is mainly made from fibers and has a low glycemic index with a low-calorie count.
